Wrapping up our eco fire bricks today. These have been made using sawdust and newspaper, turned into a pulp, pressed into shape and then dried. It's used our waste sawdust, upcycled newspaper and have been a joy to make. I think they look pretty cool too and they burn nice and slowly. Waste? Ok so I’ve wanted to do a specific project for a while now and since we now have our new home this project can be seriously looked ... only it needs about 5000 of these soy fish. 😱😱😱. So please if you have sushi on a regular basis or have loads of these lying about please please please could we have them for this project. I know it would be easier to buy a wholesale box of them but I’d rather this project represent 5000 of these that don’t end up in landfill or in the ocean or waterways as they really aren’t the right kind of fish for that.
