"so you wanna go on a joyride with me bae?" edward asked his little softboy jacob. "o-o-hh yy-yeah s-s-shure." jacob blushed and looked away like the bottom he is. edward grabbed jacobes waist and pulled him into his car.
they had been driving for awhile and jacob felt something on his thigh. he looked down to see edie boy's hand. "ee-e-e-edward..."
"what is is babyboi" edward asked
"y-y-your hand-d. jacob blushed. he could feel the heat rediating off of edwards hand.
"oh, is there something wrong with my hand?"
jacob mumbled somethin gunder his breath.
"huh, i couldnt hear that" edward taunted. jacob just looked out the window, embarrassed.
"use your words baby" edward teased again.
jacob then proceeded to jump out of the window of edward's car while it was moving and ran away.
27 years later he is in love with bella and they have little furry babies even though jacobie is still a litttle soft uwu boi
I still can’t believe that Edward being a virgin was canon and a major point in the book

"I love you is a promise"
Sir Calasanz said something so powerful in class that I felt it urgent to ask you to meet me in Gesu. I needed to tell you something very, very important!
Here it goes!
Everytime I tell you I love you, what do you understand about it?
Let me tell you exactly what I mean. Well not exactly since this is only my current understanding of what I mean. I am experience this reality of love... of a being-in-love and well, I can only make sense of this reality I'm experiencing if I articulate it...
When I say I love you, it's not merely a statement of affairs. 'I love you.' Alec loves [name]. It's not just what is. I love you—it's a promise. It's a commitment in process. So when you promise something, you're saying 'I'm going to make it happen.' A promise is not a 'we'll see.' A 'maybe.' A 'we'll find out.' I'm going to make it happen. I'm going to continually make it happen. I don't know exactly how, but it is just going to be.
I say it's a commitment in process because the promise of I love you is not fulfilled in a single, glorified, isolated moment. It's not like the promise of 'I'll give you cake' that I'll fulfill in the act of cake-giving.
There is no single act that can fulfill the promise of I love you.
I love you can only reach fulfillment in perpetuity.
Do you understand, [name]? A promise is a commitment in process, until it is fulfilled. So when I tell you I love you, what I'm really saying down to the core of it... these individual words signifying 'I' me, ' love' this feeling, and 'you' [name]... these signifiers synthesized in this sentence: 'I love you' to convey the reality I'm experiencing in the world... what I'm really saying is that, '[Name], I love you always, and yes, forever.'
Almost verbatim.
Note (after a few months later): I admit I still look for you. Especially when I'm walking to go somewhere, when I'm in-between activities and I am just alone with my thoughts. I admit it is difficult to stop searching. And when I do find you... well, nothing. But I'm alright, because I know that I'm happy (genuinely), even without you.
