who's your top five characters and why? 👀

Out of... everything? Oh god oh fuck okay, five current faves in no particular order:

Eddie Diaz (9-1-1). Because I relate to him on a spiritual level and also I want him so badly.

Riza Hawkeye (Fullmetal Alchemist). Because she's smart, competent, the keeper of the braincell, warm, kind, and absolutely ruthless when needed.

Tenar (Earthsea). Because watching her grow and learn and question the norms was admirable, and her desire for a "normal" life was so incredibly understandable.

Will Parry (His Dark Materials). Because he was willing to break the world for his mum and had to grow up way too fast, but still chose the best options not only for himself but for everyone else too.

Jason Mendoza (The Good Place). Because he's human sunshine and he delights me to no end!

@kiras-sunshine Nea is always there to put absolutely lovely fics onto my dash and I'm consistently blown away by her talent and ability to write long fics. I love her energy, she's always so positive and shines no matter what she does. It's been such a blessing being able to get to know her, even just through our little small chats. She makes the fandom so much brighter.

@bellakitse Stef is also one of the first people I followed for the fandom and some of the first fics I read were theirs. They and their fics have the same type of energy: lovely and full of warmth. Stef is also incredibly kind and always has such wonderful thoughts no matter what the subject is. Either way, anytime Stef posts, my dash gets so much brighter.

@buckleys-diaz Alie, owner of some of the most stunning gifs I have ever seen. She is one of the kindest people I have met and she is always up for making me icons and headers whenever I need them. She's just such a wonderful person to chat with, no matter what it's about. Even though we tend to run on different fandoms, my experience here would be nothing without her.

Welcome to 9-1-1 & 9-1-1 Lone Star Christmas Week 2020.

Due to the global pandemic 9-1-1 won’t be back on Christmas, but this doesn’t mean the fandom can’t enjoy the Holiday spirit. 

Let’s celebrate the holidays together, from December 21st to December 27th.

For the fics writers:

Day 1 (December 21st) : “Did you burn the turkey again?” + fun

Day 2 (December 22nd) : “You are the only gift I want’ + love

Day 3 (December 23rd) : “Promise me this won’t be our last christmas together” + comfort

Day 4 (December 24th) : “You want to dress as santa?” + fluff

Day 5 (December 25th) : “You can’t die on Christmas!” + hurt

Day 6 (December 26th) : “I’m sorry I ruined Christmas” + angst

Day 7 (December 27th): Free Choice 

Fics can include 9-1-1 and/or 9-1-1 Lone Star and can be crossover with other shows if you want.

For the gifs maker I will reblog any 9-1-1 Christmas content, either scenes from the show or crack gifs.
