I started the egg diet yesterday and have already seen changes but I’m not doing it to lose weight but more of a cleanse. I’ve had issues with bloating and I’m hoping after all of this I can see what’s really affecting me. Two more days to go!

🥚 Egg Diet 🥚
I accidentally found out about this diet from a YouTube video and the girl lost like 2 kgs in three days,,
DISCLAIMER!! I’m not a nutritionist obviously, but I really wanted to try it out since it seemed very easy to maintain and follow, and I really need to lose some weight because since the last two years I’ve started binge eating whenever I’m sad or stressed and it’s honestly not good like at all, I would literally eat just to eat not because I’m actually hungry or something so I wanted an easy way to lose some weight lol </3 and also it’s really depressing when you see that your “oversized tshirts” aren’t “oversized” any more so yeah
Okay so in the video the girl ate three eggs and one apple for breakfast and lunch. And for dinner she ate oatmeal and an apple. And she drank lots of green tea and water. I’m going to alter the servings because there’s no way I’m eating 6 boiled eggs every day it just doesn’t seem right so this is what I’m going to do:
For breafast:
2 eggs, one apple and green tea
For lunch:
2 eggs, one apple and green tea
For dinner:
Oatmeal
🍯Snacks:🍯
nuts
I’m also going to start doing yoga because I want to 🧘♀️
So since I’ve decided that I’m going to try this diet for 14 days aka two weeks it seems very boring to just eat eggs for such a long time,
So here’s some things I’m going to eat along side the eggs so I wouldn’t get bored:
Chicken
Turkey
Fish
Egg salad
Low carb fruits and vegetables
What I’m not allowed to eat:
Fried and junk food ❎❎
So hopefully this goes well and I’d lose the 10kgs that I gained 😢

I was planning to do the egg diet during these days but intuitively it doesn’t feel right. I have had my boughts with iron deficiency which I have been doing pretty well with because of all the veggies I’ve been eating. I don’t want to go steps backwards because of the diet, so I’ll be creating one that includes veggies.
Breakfast - 1 boiled egg, 1 apple, green tea
Snack - a small orange
Lunch - 1 boiled egg, steamed veggies, green tea
Snack - popcorn
Dinner - oatmeal (no sugar), ginger tea
