NIGERIAN EGG STEW HOW TO VERY EASY AND DELICIOUS

INGREDIENTS:

1. 24 whole eggs

2. 4 cups tomato sauce

3. 1 large onion chopped

3. habanero chilis left whole

4. 1/2 cup palm oil, substitute with any oil of your preference

5. 1/2 tsp garlic paste

6. 1 teaspoon minced ginger

7. 8 basil leaves for cooking and 4-6 for garnish

8. 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper for stew and 1/2 tsp for prepping eggs

9. 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika

10. 10 g cured king mackerel fish (substitute with 1/2 tsp shrimp paste)

11. Salt amount to taste.
