Ingredients: 4 hard-boiled eggs. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 teaspoon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Assorted vegetables e.g., carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers. Black olives. Baby spinach leaves.
Instructions: Separate the hard-boiled eggs into halves along their length. Remove the yolks with care and put them in a bowl. Add the mustard, salt, and pepper to the egg yolks and mash them together to make a creamy filling. Put some of the creamy yolk mixture into each egg white half. Let's make the faces now! Make eyes, noses, and mouths out of different vegetables. For pink cheeks, use half of a cherry tomato. For eyes, use slices of cucumber. For noses, use carrot sticks. For smiles, use strips of bell pepper. Cut black olives into small circles and place them on the cucumber slices to look like eyes. Put some baby spinach leaves on top of the eggs to make hair for their faces. Put the egg faces on a plate and give them to kids as a fun and healthy snack.
