rusty growing up with his wandering dad and sorta distant but genuine father. knowing more of the clans than canon & being a semi-regular windclan border visitor to visit his tall dad. he still joins thunderclan bc the forest is more homey than the open plains but like. tall is his dad.

they don't keep it secret — most of windclan knows him by name and aren't surprised that he's joined a clan — but it somehow takes a while for the others to catch on

davey jacobs who realises that he finds so many beautiful things in jack kelly and that he’d do anything for this boy

davey jacobs who ends up getting home late after talking with jack on the rooftop for hours, taking his mama’s fond concern with an awkward smile (he’s pretty sure she can tell there’s something going on there- she’s pointed out the fact they’re this close before)

davey jacobs who looses his tie and rolls up his sleeves, fully prepared to play deciding factor in whatever game racer’s dragged les into this time, because it’s bound to come to a tie

davey jacobs who finds himself in this rowdy group of newsboys and their leader, and who loves every second
