the flick to his forehead made him flinch, not that it hurt or anything, just that that the action was so sudden, a small whine leaves him as he leaned back to stand straight, not that he is anyways, and his ears flick back
taking a moment to rub at his forehead he still is yet to look at them but more from the fact he is trying to look at where he was flicked, how childish, and then after he does flick his eyes down to them “my apologies Mother, I had simply wished.... to show you respect in welcoming you after so long” well yes that was part of the reason
“.... Egmont even if you with that contest you still have yet to pass your cooking lessons with me... by the way should we continue them?”
Lobco & Meduoco @egumonto
Starter for Lobco & Meduoco
[Hey, forewarning to any followers this will deal alot with Lobco's situation with Roc so there's gonna be mentions of abuse, assault and all that comes with it].
In a world with no night and day, it was difficult to ascertain how long she had been here. Stuck in this suite as she was, Lobco only had the view of the forest from the balcony and two windows. The only thing that really told her time marched on, were the meals brought to her, and more importantly the arrival of Hijohshiki whenever he finished up his work and whatever else he dedicated himself to throughout the day.
A month? Two? Six?
When her life became nothing more then hours, upon hours, upon hours sitting, chained to a bed only then to be met with hours more of that terrifying smile, of demands made of her body and mind, Lobco had to wonder if it would ever end. He had once let her at least roam the suite, but after so many attempts to escape made from the balcony, the window, even the blasted toilet once--he now kept her chained and her powers of transformation sedated with drugs.
Lobco was left with only her thoughts for so long, thoughts that could be even crueler than the demon. That confidence and happiness she had fought so hard to attain had long since slipped through her fingers. At times there would appear servants to bring her meals and allow her to use the lavatories but they never said a single word to her.
When the door opened, Lobco seized up. It would either be Roc, or one of them. The shrimp relaxed ever so slightly upon seeing it was in fact not Roc, but someone who did appear to be a housekeeper. This one was new and she was filled with the faintest hope that at least she would speak.
With equal parts terror and hope she looked to this new person, using her one free hand to push away red tendrils of hair from her face.
"...hello? W-who are you?"
🎁 + a flashy wristwatch. from medouco!
Send me a 🎁 + an object for my muse’s reaction to being gifted that object.
The demon stared at the gift for a moment, usually he wouldn’t open wrapped gifts in front of their giver but this time was an exception. pulling the wrist watch out of the box he looked it over.
“Medouco... Thanks.” It was pretty extravagant, something he wouldn’t get himself but he wasn’t apposed to wearing it. Was it really okay to accept this? Medouco was important to him so he was a little concerned with the price that it must have costed. But he couldn’t return a gift, he’d just have to find her something just as helpful.
“I’ll have yer’ gift soon.”
"Happy international boyfriend day, Vicers! I love you a lot, you know? Here, take these flowers. I collected them for you from Liliya's world yesterday. They match your eyes, dear!" - Justim
“Ergh......”
In retrospect, it wasn’t the flower’s fault they were the centerpiece of Justim’s grotesque saccharine love note. But, he supposed they were already slow on their way to death, much like this relationship was.
He places the flowers in one of the numerous vases around his drafting room, trailing a finger from the stems up to the petals to leave behind a winding thorny spiral of vines. Weeds choked the life from other plantlife, but this did not detract from their beauty in his eyes.
He wondered by what measure the symbolism would soar over Justim’s head.
"My son of Lust, how much have you wanted me to praise you for your dirty deeds? As your mother, I suppose I should be the one to murder the elephant in the room. I know that you have a difficult time talking for yourself." - Justim
His mother’s presence was heavy. Their voice harsh against his ears, their eyes hot against his skin. Words on his tongue, usually so easy to come, suddenly harshly silenced. There was nothing he could say to this being. Nothing he could possibly mutter that would gain anything that he wished for. For they were all. And in comparison, Satanick was nothing.
Hidden depths always lurked on his mother’s tongue. Inquiring questions after another. Digging, digging, deeper and deeper into his soul. Digging until it hit bottom, a cold clank all that was left.
What did they want from him? What did he want from them?
He never really knew.
To give nothing was wrong. A wrong answer, disappointment falling from godly lips. To give something was wrong. A wrong answer, praise falling from holy lips. Which poison did he wish for today?
The devil shivered. Words stuck in his throat, unable to even gaze at the being in question. He tried to will his mind to think up a answer, yet only blankness followed.
His voice was quiet when it finally came, as if to prove the God of God’s right.
“I-I wish for. To please you. That is... you told me. You told me that’s my fate. So. I want it. I want to make you... happy. I want to make fate and destiny happy. Its what, its what i’m best at. So I can...right?”

The faint crunch of snow could be heard as the owl took his daily walk. He enjoyed wandering in the early morning, seeing the sun peak out over the expanding ocean. As an added bonus, the orcas weren’t quite near the shore yet so he could take his walk without having to be on his guard and scanning the water constantly.
The owl quickly learned though that he should be more on guard during these times. As he looked away from the ocean and back towards the shore he saw something that made him stop instantly in his tracks. An orca.
He felt a pit drop to the bottom of his stomach, dread filling him instantly at seeing the monochrome patterned creature. His feathers ruffled up, feeling as if they were going to fly off him if he didn’t run off first. When his fear settled just enough to fully focus on the other his fear somewhat subsided. It wasn’t the usual orca who harassed him and his friends. It was a female one by appearance and she had a much calmer feel to her...maybe he was safe? Orcas were still apex predators but that doesn’t mean she was as violent as the smoking orca. He knew better than to judge someone just by appearance.
He was too close to not be seen by her, so he gave her a small wave as he walked up closer, going to just continue on his walk and head back home.
“A-ah, hello.” He said quickly, his nerves still a bit frazzled from the scare before.
