Dean and Cas telling everyone how they finally got together, but it becomes increasingly clear Sam made bets with all of them on every detail.
Cas: So after he’d finally managed to pull me from the empty with Sam and Jack, I lost my grace, although I still have a little bit since Jack kindly bargained for me to still have control and access to my wings. Thank you Jack. But in essence I am human, and so I was exhausted.
Dean: Understatement of the year buddy, you were out for 4 days.
*Sam groaning and handing ten dollars to Charlie and Eileen*
Cas: And I was in the empty for eight months Dean, four days isn’t much.
Dean: Suppose not. But anyway I had to sort of nurse him back to health, so he stayed with me in my room which meant-
