This is Hernan Ponce originally from Puerto Rico…an ICE agent. No words. He’s one of the agents who ate at a Mexican restaurant in Minnesota and then detained workers there after his meal. He’s an embarrassment to P.R.
On January 14, ICE agents entered El Tapatio in Willmar for lunch around 3 p.m., spotted a target vehicle's owner inside, and later arrested him plus two others outside. Witnesses and social media users called the move deceptive intimidation, with the restaurant closing early the next day after more detentions nearby and shouts from bystanders. The image, claiming to show Puerto Rican-born agent Hernan Ponce, drew millions of views and mocking replies, though ICE has not confirmed his involvement amid broader 2026 arrests of criminals in the state.
We already know. He was teased and bullied relentlessly for that stretched, oversized head as a child and now he hates his own people.
