My favourite Elementary moments 1/?

1.01 – Pilot

throughout the pilot, Sherlock is wearing t-shirts, one of them he literally picked up from the floor and smelled before putting on. zero efforts.

at the end of the episode, when he and Watson are going out to get dinner, he is wearing a button up shirt, the kind he later regularly wears. definite efforts.

don't mind me, just working this into my headcanon that he wears simpler t-shirts at the beginning, while he's still struggling, and only starts putting more effort into his looks when he's feeling better, and how just a few days with Watson made him feel well enough to "dress up a little" for dinner, even if he goes back to wearing a t-shirt in ep2.

In the very first epsiode Sherlock and Joan go out to eat dinner together. And now seven seasons later still noone of them knows how to cook something eatable.

Rewatching the pilot i love that they didn’t showed Sherlock and Joan as a Johnlock dynamic that knows eachother for five minutes but allready goes along perfectly. But instead choosed to show that the different personalities of John and Sherlock need a time to work along perfectly. That a Johnlock dynamic is nothing that happens instanly but that needs time and that you constantly need to care for

Rewatching the pilot i noticed a lot of funny differences in the house

First at all this metal fence in front of Sherlocks house

the front stairs are completly different. Also notice that Sherlocks taste in women completly changed. He never had sex with a black haired tattooed punk woman again in the later seasons

Glass doors?

Apparently Sherlock had a bed at one point of the story

What the hell is that kitchen?! Seriously the kitchen is my fav room of the whole house and hurts me to see it like this.

Also Sherlock is completly right in epsiode 1 It is the most shabby house. It is unbelivable how broken it is. I am glad they were at least able to buy plastering in the later epsiode.
