Today was legs! I am really proud of myself because I did more than half of the work out with weights. I went up from two kgs from the last time so instead of doing 6kg per leg I did 8 and 12kg medicine ball squats. I thought my legs would be more sore than they are but I guess I'm stronger than I thought!! Yay! I finished with ellefit stretching guide! I'm excited for what tomorrow brings! :D
