I’d really like a High Potential episode where we get Ava and Ludo bonding.

Like I know she obviously wants to know more about Roman and I’m looking forward to seeing how her relationship develops with him once they actually find him, but for the longest time Ludo was practically her father, so I’d love to see them in a subplot.

I want to see them spend a day together, maybe an episode where Ludo is distracting Ava from being worried whilst Morgan is on a Roman centric case and they both reassure each other that even once Roman is found, things don’t have to change between them and Ava will still have Ludo in her life and that he loves her just as much as he does Elliot and Chloe.

2x6 – Chasing Ghosts

Ooh a Halloween ep! I loved themed eps! It’s tickles me to watch a superhero run screaming from a crime scene.

I love Morgan’s got a handbag full of candy!

It was really nice to see Daphne and Oz away from the station. I was hoping we’d get to see a little more of them joining Karadec and Morgan but alas, not yet.

It was not a stretch to assume someone was taking advantage of the urban legend and dressing up to scare the vic when the sketch artist sent through the photo.

I will admit, the eerie figure in white behind Karadec in the basement made me jump!

I’m really liking what they’ve done with Karadec this season. He’s not loosened up, he still toes the line and likes things done properly but he’s definitely warmer. He’s no longer got that don’t approach me attitude. I like that development.

Wagner in the interview was interesting. He knew there was a small window of time before a lawyer arrived for them to get a name, but I get why Soto was annoyed he didn’t loop them into the game plan.

So Wagner’s connected to Roman in some way. I had to look up the name afterwards but Roman was involved with the FBI and another agent Lila was killed around the same time, and Wagner mentioned losing someone. I’m leaning on those two being the connection that loops Wagner into the whole thing. I think him being a red herring for the Roman arc is a stretch now because we’ve had plenty of those.

I kinda assumed Morgan had married Roman, but never Ludo. She’s never called either ex-husband though so my bad for the assumption!

I think this might be my favourite ep of the season so far.

However, there needs to be some definitive movement and answers on the Roman arc soon. While I like a slow burn plot, I also don’t want to lose interest in it, but I fear it might just get to a point where I’m “oh another clue… meh!”
