ur ocs hobbies???
This is such a good developmental question for characters, I’m gonna answer it in conjunction to your other ask. “What makes your ocs happy” Luckily I already know the answers for most of them 💀

Athena: She likes to tinker and make small gadgets when she’s not doing that she’s in the gardens when she can be. When Amanda’s students and her mechanical critters get along she is likely internally melting about how cute that is.
Amanda: She maintains a lot of friendships outside of Highbrooke and writes a lot of letters. She walks them to town and offers extra help to her students when she can. A lot of things make her happy but seeing Drew is one of her favorite things.
Avyanna: She spends a lot of time researching and exploring. (She’d never admit it but her favorite thing is making cloud art when she flies)
Rowan: Gardening she loves finding wildflowers to decorate her home, she’s living my cottagecore dream 😭. She loves when Mariah comes home to visit her, she loves her spouse/wife.
Beatrix: She makes traps, carves arrows, and exploring. As to what makes her happy, meeting other lamia, meeting people who like her awful puns, and making friends with strangers.
Mariah: She runs a ship- they doesn’t have much time for hobbies, but one thing I will say is she’s always fascinated by their crew’s drunken stories they seem to pull out of nowhere. Despite traveling with them for 5 years they still manage to surprise them. As for what makes her happy? Seeing her crew leave for better things, and the times she can go home even better.
Drew: She crochets, and draws while she’s traveling. But when she’s at home GARDENING ALL THE WAY. While she’s traveling she researches flowers and fauna that bloom at night so she can actually enjoy them. Grandma behavior.
Ellis: Story telling, they tell stories to kids and crowds in the city they happen to be in. It’s therapeutic for them. Feeling some sort of connection is important to them especially after meeting adventurer, their “normal” they become increasingly aware it was unsustainable.
Emile: The closest thing they have to a hobby is singing. They love it, the way they could be so dramatic and unapologetically themselves was an absolute head rush. The thing that makes them happy is finding their audience, their audience that matches their energy and feels safe enough to let even the ones lingering on the wings join in.
