The dark haired man had walked up to her with such purpose, said her name as if they had known each other for years and yet she couldn’t place him. His face was familiar, pale with sharp cheekbones and mischievous green eyes and yet she could not figure out where she had seen him before. Thor needs you we need to leave, he’d said which didn’t make any sense to her.

Loki woke with a start as he sat up in bed. His thin chest rose sharply with his heavy breaths as he recovered from his nightmare. Irritation flared in him, replacing the fear he felt. Ever since he had been a little child, he had been plagued by nightly nightmares. 

Knowing he wouldn't be going back to sleep, he swung his legs over the bed and soundlessly crossed the room to his dresser. He got dress in something presentable, left his room, and began to make his way through the house.

He had done this so many times by now that he was virtually silent as he crept through the castle. However, you seem to notice his presence, and due to his distracted state, you managed to sneak up on him...
