thinking about how religious catholics usually carry hand crosses or rosaries in their pockets and bags. matt doesn't give himself the comfort of turning to god, but rather carries foggy's picture in his suit jackets because it gives him comfort that one way or another, there was someone that believes there is good for him in this world.

last year they released ddba s1 ep 1 on ash wednesday. this year, they released 2 eps of ddba s2 during holy week. ough ddba team you are really out here coming for the people with catholic guilt!!!

the way they did the texting scenes and calls in rwrb are so special to me like yes give me voice overs, give me imagining the other person is there!! yes!! yes!!

sorry if i haven't been posting any thoughts about the recent eps for daredevil born again but all i know is thank god charlie cox put his whole being into making matt a fully realized character

not a huge dc person, but watched superman with my besties yesterday and god damn james gunn is making me believe in comic book movies again

watching spiderman brand new day and odyssey in the span of 3 days lowkey makes me want to go back to watching films regularly. oh how i love the power of cinema

i would like to give an update that i am turning 24 in a few days and phan being real is something 13 year old me would be having a crashout over (i am also having a crashout)

it's still so funny to me that there's this montage of matt looking at his suits, practicing using his billy club, and it cuts back and forth to fisk eating with adam pleading in the background like are we so serious that this is how we depict matt and fisk starting to go back to their identities??? 😭😭😭
