2025 goal: for other people to actually read my emails
To: pro-life people
From: a scared white youth
Subject: where is the rage?
Dear pro-life,
Where is the out rage when black youth is killed? Where is the “he could have cured cancer”, where is the “he could have caused world peace”? Where is the rage?
Is it because they were black? Is it because they were born? Is it because they didn't fit the "norm" of white supremacisy that you preach? Or is it because you simply don't care?
Please if you have so much rage for an unborn fetus where is your rage for the spilled blood of kids on the same streets you protested on?
Sincerely a confused white man.

Last Working Day Email Format: 24 Situational Templates with Examples (2025)
Why a Last-Day Email Still Matters in 2025
Leaving a job—whether for a promotion, studies, retirement, or just moving on—means more than quietly slipping out. A farewell email ensures people know you’re leaving, lets you express gratitude, and helps maintain your professional network. Done well, it leaves a positive final impression. Done poorly—or skipped—it risks making you a “whatever happened to…” story.
What to Include
A goodbye email doesn’t need to be long. Keep it clear and human. The essential structure is:
Subject line: Simple (“My Last Day at [Company]”) or slightly personal if appropriate.
Opening line: State you’re leaving, no drama needed.
Gratitude: Thank coworkers, managers, or teams, even briefly.
Handover info: If someone else is taking over, mention it.
Next steps: Share future plans (optional).
Contact info: LinkedIn, email, etc.—no oversharing.
Sign-off: Warm and professional.
Tone and Audience
Adjust your style depending on who you’re writing to:
Leadership, HR, clients: Keep it professional and polished.
Peers/teams: More relaxed, maybe include humor or anecdotes.
Close colleagues/friends: Inside jokes, casual notes, even memes work.
Example Templates
There isn’t just one way to say goodbye. Templates can range from brief and formal (“My Last Day at ABC Ltd”) to lighthearted (“Congrats, you finally get a break from my terrible jokes!”). The tone shifts based on the situation—whether you’re retiring, finishing an internship, moving abroad, wrapping up a contract, or leaving after probation. Some formats focus on specific audiences: mentors, juniors, clients, or HR teams. Others fit unique contexts like layoffs, sabbaticals, or startup exits.
The goal is always the same: thank people, acknowledge the transition, and leave the door open for future connections.
Practical Tips for 2025
Keep it short—3–4 short paragraphs is plenty.
Add a personal touch: shoutouts, shared memories, or humor.
Stay positive—don’t complain or overshare.
Respect privacy—only include contact details you’re comfortable sharing widely.
Use neutral subject lines for large sends, and save fun ones for smaller groups.
Final Thought
A last-day email isn’t just formality—it’s your chance to wrap up on a strong, positive note. In today’s fast-moving professional world, these messages serve as digital breadcrumbs that keep relationships alive and might even open doors in the future.

Honey if you fought your way out of religious oppression and repurpose the little rosary *t* to confront bigots and assert your strength, live, okay, you already know this isn't about your fine self, i just can't rb the bigotry jewelery sorry
Application for Extension of Leave due to Covid-19
Covid-19 Leave Extension Application / Email Format
Sub: Regarding Extension of Leave
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you that my RTPCR test reports have again come out positive. As you know that I was on leave from last ten days i.e. June 15th, 2022 to June 25th, 2022. But now I need a leave extension for another three days from June 25th, 2022 to June 27th, 2022 until my next RTPCR test reports come negative.
Though there are no COVID-19 symptoms reflecting in my system but the doctor has prescribed me to stay in isolation to make sure that I do not infect anyone else.
I will make sure that I am able to report to work on June 28th, 2022 and I apologize for the inconvenience caused because of me. I hope you will understand my situation and grant me this extension.
Thanking in anticipation.
Sincerely,
Ari Ray
