Inspiration Zine Update 3
Thank you for your support of this project! As of this time, we have multiple important developments that we would like to review with you.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who applied to this zine, followed the blog and twitter account, and shared our posts through this process! We received 154 amazing apps for this zine (85 artists, 42 writers, 15 cover artists, and 29 merch artists), and it was incredibly difficult to narrow it down to just 36 participants. It was an honor to be allowed to see so many amazing art pieces and read so many phenomenal stories, and we hope that no matter what the results are for this zine, all of you continue creating.

What this means now:
All our emails have been sent out at this point. Our accepted artists have been contacted and assembled into our server, so if you have not received an email by this point, it is more than likely the rejection emails have failed to send properly due to the volume of them. We did have to pick 25 of you from over 100 applications, so please don’t feel discouraged! Everyone’s work was awesome and we hope you keep creating <3

Tracking Issue Update
Hey there! This is Mod Kiri, your shipping moderator and professional USPS-harasser, here to provide an update related to the previous order issue notification.
The parcels have been located and were safely picked up and catalogued. If you are receiving this email, it's because your order is accounted for and will be shipped back out via UPS as soon as it has been inspected for damage.
New tracking will be provided. Prior USPS tracking numbers are no longer valid, unless your parcel has already been scanned in and is on the way (which applies to a small portion of packages that were undamaged and could be dropped off at a different location already).
Please keep an eye out for new tracking information through UPS* ** within the next week or so!
*If you are in an area that can only be serviced by USPS (usually rural addresses), you will have your parcel shipped out through USPS under a different tracking number and package type that will be faster and more reliable.
**International parcels almost all are handled by USPS as part of PirateShip's Simple Export parcel handling. Unless you are within a country with a reduced int'l export rate from the US, we may still need to ship via USPS as the alternatives are $40 and up, rather than $20-28.
I apologize for the delays with your order and will be doing my best to expedite this process. I am working with a local friend for inspection and repackaging for the time being, as I am down with COVID and do not feel comfortable handling the interiors of parcels just in case of contamination. I am still available to handle digital order issues and to coordinate order replacement/sending of missing items, though! I'm just not handling the repackaging portion of the work until I am recovered and no longer contagious.*
*As of this time, I have not recovered virtually at all. If anything, my symptoms have gotten worse, and I am working on transitioning many of my responsibilities (including physical shipping) to other moderators. I understand that the consistent delays are a source of great frustration for everyone and the team is working to get a handle on things as quickly as possible, as we can no longer count on my availability and health. 
With all of that said, please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further issues or questions.
Let us know if you have any further issues at any point by filling out our Report Form! This is an optional form intended to make it easier for customers to get in touch with a moderator regarding physical or digital order issues. While we are requesting that customers with missing or frozen tracking fill it out so we can know who is affected by this issue, specifically, it works for all other order fulfillment issues as well! If you are one of the affected customers, thank you so much for reaching out through the form to let us know that your package is affected by this issue so we can make sure to fix it! You're a huge help!
If your order is missing items, has sustained damage, is incorrect, or you're missing digital download info, feel free to submit a ticket through that form as well! We're working to streamline our contact and resolution process to make it easier and faster for the customer and for us, as we currently have a backup of emails that need handling and no consolidated list of all active tickets to ensure they're all handled fully and in a timely manner.

Further Email Updates
Hello everyone! The email issue has now been fixed; we have re-sent them from an email address we know is functioning after our current one failed sending once more. As a result, it will not be used again to avoid this problem. A few asks and messages have stacked up and we hope the re-send answers these, though we will still be going through and answering them.
Thank you for your exorbitant patience, and again, we sincerely cannot apologize enough for the unforeseen event that resulted in a lack of professionalism. If you still have not received either an acceptance or rejection email after this functioning batch, please reach out to us.
