This is how NOT to inquire about customs. When emailing about customs, please have some type of idea of what you want done and be somewhat specific so that I can have an idea of how to assist you. Just sending emails saying "Hey what's up", "what's up bro", "Hi", or anything else with no details will only get you a spot in the trash bin. These are things you say when greeting family and friends on the street, not when trying to inquire about a product or service. There's a reason the phrase "serious inquiries only" exists. #seriesinquiriesonly #email101 #email #emailettiquette #bademails #bademailetiquette #poornetworkingskills #bespecific #badapproach #poorcommunicationskills #lackofcommunication
Info in bio. Prices range anywhere BTW. $150-600 depending on design and whether shoes are supplied or you're supplying your own. Please have an idea of the custom you want done before emailing..if you don't have a specific idea & just want something freestyled, feel free to check out the freestyle option being offered on the website. Otherwise, if you are not specific I will not respond. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY (which means only for people who are serious about doing business). Thank you. #ecentrikartistry #seriousinquiriesonly #howtoorder #emailettiquette #email101 #bespecific #seriouscustomersonly
Volunteer Dosti Zahra Jafri shows a glimpse of our #summercamp's Email 101 class.
We taught the kids how to set up their email accounts and how to use them for keeping in touch with friends, sharing pictures and documents, collaborating on homework, etc. In the process, we ended up learning some interesting internet (text?) speak from them too!
Never, and I mean never, send an email when you are angry. Yesterday someone questioned my ability to do the most simple task at work and I was able to respond (after several edits) politely. Their response to my email pushed me over the edge. Instead of replying out of anger, I called a trusted friend to vent. This allowed me the chance to talk myself out of continuing the email conversation and not replying. Less than an hour later my direct boss and an indirect boss both replied to the person making it quite clear that I did exactly as I should have. Lesson #1. I take my organizational skills personally. Lesson #2. Do not, under any circumstances, send an email when you are angry. Lesson #3. People surprise you every day, let them have that chance.
