This relic design is a tad more detailed than Marathon's relic design. Test Tube from Inanimate Insanity inspired this character design and the character. I had this cloak relic design in my head for a while, so I decided to explore it. Apolle is a mage, trained in the ways of earth and war magic. The purpose of these style tests is to see how to design object characters as relics who live in a magical fantasy universe. In the future, I'll post worldbuilding and magic system notes on my Tumblr and DA.  One more style test to go!

WIP Sketch

You hear something moving in the depths of the forest...a Chair Steed makes its presence known...

Hylophobia, Zoophobia, and Epiplaphobia (Fear of Forests, Animals, and Furnitures)

Based on a drawing prompt from my asifa-south community discord: “Draw weird phobias.”

I don’t have much lore on these creatures, but just a few ideas for them:

The Chair Steed has no facial features. They are silent...unless you anger them. They can be tamed and ridden only by Objects and Relics they have a close bond with. Can be very loyal and faithful creatures. If angered, avoid their kicks. Their sharp hooves can go through any material. Repairs are easy, just find more wood.
