Mercs finding out you’re pregnant due to you being secretive:

Sniper

This man has an absolute eye for details. He knows you’re avoiding him, but he has no idea why. He wonders if he did something to upset you and if he should apologize. In a particularly bad nervous break, he worries that you’ve done something might even want to break up with him.

He also notices that your mood and your secrecy can vary depending on the day and he tries to make a recording of each time you have a rough day. He knows that he’s going to need to confront you sooner or later to ask about what this is all about.

Eventually, you come face to face with him, and he straight up asks what he can do to fix things. When you tell him that he did nothing wrong, and you’re just pregnant, he visibly relaxes.

He had a great relationship with his parents, and he’s not worried about the baby interfering with his work, as properly introducing a baby to loud noises can make sure that they sleep through anything. However, he wants to make sure to get you to medic and start you on some vitamins.

Soldier

He’s concerned that you’ve done something un patriotic, or worse, you’re fraternizing with the enemy. At one point, he even yells out loudly “ARE YOU A SPY???” And you have to calm him down. That pushes you even further into withdrawal from him.

It doesn’t even come to mind that you could possibly want to break up with him until Scout mentions “stealing his girl.” He immediately beats Scout to a pulp and then goes off to confront you about how he’s feeling.

He confronts you, practically yelling his feelings at you, and it takes all your patience and courage to tell him that you’re pregnant. He falls silent, almost immediately. Then he begins to laugh.

You were concerned about telling him this? He couldn’t be more excited and proud to have a child! To impose the teachings of life and liberty and the pursuit of happiness on a younger person is a dream come true! He’ll do anything you ask to try to help out, because there’s nothing more manly to him than raising a patriot!

Engineer

Usually, you come by and visit him when he’s working on something. Especially when those days turn into nights. He always quite liked having you around, so when you don’t come by, he’s lonely and concerned.

He eventually gets it in his head that because he spends so much time tinkering and fidgeting with inventions instead of spending time with you, that you’re going to break up with him.

This sends him into a tailspin, and the only way to fix it for him is to talk to you and hear your side of the story. So eventually, when he knows you’re working, he’s confronts you. And boy, does he get the surprise of a lifetime.

Hearing you’re pregnant is a blessing in disguise for him. Not only does he get to spend more time with you and his child, he can find new things to invent to make raising the child as smooth as physically possible. He is over the moon, and is out to prove he can be a better dad than his own father.

Nightmare public law chapter is over.

Fun fact: in my country it's the 17th of Friday the unlucky date, not the 13th. But today I had a much much better day than yesterday, and it motivated me enough to finish this thing.

Once I'm fully done with it, and it passed the revision stage, I'll show in detail my studying process.

I think it's working but it's taking me a lot of time.

Overall, I've been studying with my iPad for a while and it's definitely helping a lot - typing is so so much faster than writing by hand, less messy, and I can always modify the BS I write without limit. If I had to handwrite everything I wouldn't be even halfway with this thing.

To be honest I haven't noticed any difference in how much I've memorized with typing notes, after I implemented the "now summarize everything on your own" method.

Tomorrow I have a conference (so work lol) and Sunday I think I'll just rest and play videogames. Monday I'll have to restart the grindset too!

I have to admit also (I knew it already btw) that I know it's unlikely I'll be able to give all 4 of the exams I'm supposed to do in Jan/Feb.

That being said, I'll keep studying every subject as long as I know I'm keeping up with the lessons.
