hey remember that once i created a Goddess for a dnd setting after had a dream of Her?

im reworking my homebrewd deity, i am digging these new looks and the bright colours despite the macabre job She has.

last night i invented a Diety in my dreams. it was rad  She, in Her god form, looked like a centaur/hyppogryph, with weirdly wirey wings, and a “crown like” bone structure covering Her eyes. Her bird claws where vulture like and She kept them also in Her humanoid form

Her ... purpose? domain? it was to reassign the souls who were destined to reincarnate .. like taking the "threads" of the deceased and "tie" them on newborns. a sort of Sorter, a recycler if you will? an Utility (minor) Diety my firends have already thought of some ct that would follow Her... in the hopes of getting to reborn into an higher liviving being after death... I think i’ll call her Empsykhoun. It’s ancient greek for “to put a soul into” and honesly i love the sound of it

is she looking for clerics i will be her first cleric

She has a First cleric, but the more the marrier!!! She’d do Her job even without worshippers, but prayers and offerings make the work worthwhile :3 Her domain would seem to intertwine with the Raven’ Queen’s one, but She stands just below the Rq thread riddled realm, where She picks up whritled and cut off gray soul threads and set them back in the system. Some are given to her by the Queen herself, or either she -allows- it to happen. Sometimes, just sometimes, she steals one or two from the Queen’s gaze, when now and then whe turns her head somewhere else... So.. if your character dies and Reincanrnation is casted, it’s Her choice in which body their soul will end up in.

I have a back-up cleric in case my current character dies. In case I have to use them, would it be cool for me to present your home-made deity to the DM as a possible god for them to follow? O:
