🏛️ Celestia Heights II – Grayscale Luxury Meets Playful Chaos (Cheateau Peak remodel)

After a long stretch immersed in organic gardens and rustic charm (both irl and in-game), I felt the need for a sharp creative shift. This ultra-modern build is a bold contrast — sleek lines, cool tones, and a dash of celebrity drama. Sometimes, stepping out of the greenhouse is exactly what you need. 🌫️

This took me several days to complete. It is perfectly blended with the city vibe and fully cluttered. Every little detail is placed with a reason for storytelling purposes. I hope you'll enjoy it! ✨

A bold architectural statement in the heart of Del Sol Valley, this contemporary mansion combines minimalist design with layered functionality across multiple floors — from lush public areas to glamorous private spaces.

The structure features a strong monochrome palette (white, black, and grays), softened by organic gardens and a vibrant playground. Its clean geometry is broken intentionally by natural elements and playful zones.

Exterior & Entry The front entrance is designed for maximum visual impact — grand and glamorous. Adjacent, a lived-in garage connects to a utility room and a stairway that leads to a prop storage basement, reflecting the mansion’s creative spirit.

Ground Floor A wide-open plan connects the main living space: a grand piano lounge, modern fireplace, open kitchen, a chic bathroom with dedicated spa area and an in-house photography studio. One mirrored wall conceals a secret entrance to a full surveillance room that monitors every angle of the house.

First Floor Split between a private museum space that overlook the ground floor and sleeping quarters, the first floor can also be accessed by a secondary entrance placed on a different elevation for architectural flow and privacy. The master bedroom offers a stunning view over the city and features an Old Hollywood theme. It includes an en-suite bathroom, a private beauty pool, a personal bar and lounge area, and a dedicated style influencer corner. Three chaotic kids rooms can accomodate up to 4 kids with their own bathroom.

Second Floor A gym (comprehensive of a lounge room + locker room + bathrooms) and an artist’s studio take center stage here, each with direct views of the iconic glass-bottom suspended pool — a highlight of the entire build.

Third Floor The rooftop level houses the floating glass pool itself, alongside bathrooms, a sunbathing terrace, and a sleek barbecue/bar zone.

Outdoor Living Beyond the living room, the backyard opens dramatically to a cliffside infinity pool with a panoramic Del Sol Valley view. It also includes a dedicated outdoor dining space with bar and barbecue areas. The front garden features a cozy park with a play boat and a treehouse built over a small stream surrounded by organic vegetation. There's a shaded barbecue area under the trees, a pet memorial statue nestled among lush flower beds, and a cheerful dinosaur sculpture that greets the children. An outdoor corridor runs along the side of the house, connecting the garden to the tiled pool area, and includes a small pet training course.

Basement A unique entertainment area includes a retrogaming inspired cinema ticketing zone, themed movie sets for in-game photo ops, a 50s-style café, a souvenir shop, and a two-tiered movie theater with private bar. Behind the scenes, secret access points lead to a hidden vault and a fully equipped underground medical lab with pediatric and veterinary spaces, an operating room, a fully kitted hospitalization accomodation and a secret research facility.

I’m finally back — and so is Greenhouse Haven Reloaded, with Part 2 of the collection! After a few weeks away (life + health stuff 🩹), I’m beyond happy to return with a fresh drop packed with functional and magically recolored garden content 💫

🔧 Quick Fix Update – Greenhouse Haven Reloaded Pt. 1

Hey everyone! Just a quick update for those of you who downloaded Part 1 of Greenhouse Haven Reloaded 💚

I've made a couple of important fixes and optimizations:

🌿 Gazebo of Noble Intentions – Fixed the shadow LOD — it now renders correctly and looks perfect in-game!

🪓 Sickle’n’Destroy – Fixed shadow LODs – Reworked normal and specular maps for much better lighting response – Tweaked a couple of minor texture issues — now everything is smoother and cleaner ✨

🆕 I’ll reupload these two items separately with the label FIXED, so you can easily re-download them without grabbing the whole set again. I’ll also update the original .zip and main post files, so everything stays organized.

🌿 It’s been a few days since the last update, but with good reason — I’ve been battling the final boss of real-life gardening. Between mowing tall grass, trimming towering hedges, and dragging what felt like a hundred bags of clippings, I’ve basically leveled up my green thumb the hard way. 💪🌾

Those are some wild beauties I saved from my bush cutter today!

Now that my IRL shears have had their moment of glory, I can finally unveil Part I of the Greenhouse Haven Reloaded collection — it is officially out and downloadable on my Patreon!

Quick Update!💚

I’ve decided to add a few more custom objects to the part 1 of my upcoming Greenhouse Haven Reloaded collection!

Right now I’m working on a stone pattern that matches the gazebo, perfect for garden use. I’ll be making two versions:

a classic paving style

one that lets grass peek through, for a more natural, blended look! 🌱

Here is a little WIP!

In the end, the pack will include 3 or 4 extra objects, bringing the total to over 20 items — and it’s almost ready! 🛠️

🌿 Greenhouse Haven Reloaded – Part I is almost here! ✨

I can’t believe it’s finally happening — after days (and nights!) of intense work, Part I of my Greenhouse Haven Reloaded pack is nearly ready for release! 🎉

Right now I’m polishing the final details to make sure everything feels just right:

🪴 I'm finishing a second recolor swatch for the 67 (!) custom garden markers

🌱 I modeled and textured my very first original mesh: a cute set of custom seed packet that I will try to make functional!

🛠️ The deco version of the flower arranging table (BGC!) has been fully optimized 📸 I have to complete the promo material and we’re good to go!

This first release ended up including 20 objects!

And this is just the beginning — the original kit will be fully reimagined and released across three more parts, each one lovingly curated, enhanced, and expanded with new swatches, added functionality (I'll try!), and hopefully extra original content. 🌼✨

🌿 Sneak Peek – Gazebo of Noble Intentions 🌿 (aka the piece that nearly drove me crazy)

This majestic stone-and-glass gazebo was once just a simple debug item, hidden deep in the EA vaults — now it’s reborn as a beautiful, BGC-friendly centerpiece for your romantic and magic builds.

💀 Fun fact: the hardest part was the glass. It kept giving me trouble, but I finally managed to make it properly transparent and rain proof!

For the first time ever, I opened Blender, and over the past 5 days I’ve been working non-stop reworking models, retexturing, and optimizing meshes. This includes:

🧠 Mastering Conversion: Learning to convert EA decorative meshes into fully functional Sims 4 custom content.

🔨 Mesh Optimization: Using Blender to separate and optimize meshes, improving geometry and overall quality.

🌟 Detail Refinement: Rebuilding shadows, creating object slots, tuning behaviors, and reworking textures to ensure everything feels polished and functional in-game.

📚 Self-Taught Journey: Digging through tutorials and the S4S forum to perfect the entire CC workflow.

🎨 Fine-Tuning: Reworking specular and normal maps, tweaking object slots, and making those small adjustments that bring CC to perfection
