I finished year 2017 with a strong endurance swim 1/2 mile after being asked to stop swimming in June 2017 by my Endocrinologist to win the war of reducing having Type 2 Diabetes. A painful decision but I stopped. I've been swimming for 40 years so I took to cycling plus walking. Looking forward to turn the walking to jogging and to do all three 3 to 4 times a week #misfitshine2 #enduranceswimming #speedo #yemoja #olokun Ire O!✊

TBT- a few years ago I competed in the 12.5 mile swim around the entire island of Key West. I finished 1st Place with a time of 4 hours and 32 minutes.
