Ingredients: 2 cups filtered water. 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar. 2 tablespoons raw honey. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Pinch of sea salt.
Instructions: Pour raw apple cider vinegar and filtered water into a glass jar. Add raw honey and stir until it melts into the mixture. Add ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, grated fresh ginger, and a small pinch of sea salt. To fully combine all of the ingredients, place the jar's lid on and give it a good shake. To give the flavors time to combine, refrigerate the switchel for a minimum of one hour. Make sure all the ingredients are well combined by giving the jar a good shake once more before serving. Pour into a glass and savor this hot and energizing ginger ale!
