I remember back when I read episdoe 42's comment section, they were saying "I came from episode 146 to see if his hair was really black." They didn't give any spoilers but it's nice to know Kamui actually did have black hair back then lmfao. And the second question, it was about why the title was Yoshiwara is burning/in flames when nothing burned. I thought it was talking about Gintoki's statement of them being flames that never go out. As in the flames within everyone were finally burning that night which is why they were able to fight back. Ginpachi sensei didn't answer both questions lmfaooo.

I really enjoyed this arc; I can't wait to watch the movie when I finally find it. (I hope I remember to watch it; I got a pea-sized memory capacity)

August is the quietest royal month but we still put out three episodes

We looked at the concept of royal pretenders, discussed how royals travel and finally did our long-awaited episode on Princess Anne!

Anne and Zara Tindall (née Phillips)

Anne’s second child - her only daughter - is Zara. Zara’s name was suggested by her uncle Charles. She grew up on the Gatcombe Estate and developed the same love of horses and riding as her parents. Like her mother, Zara represented the royal family at the Olympics. Unlike her mother, she won a medal and received her silver medal from Princess Anne at the London Olympics.

Zara is married to rugby World Cup winner, Mike Tindall. They have three children, Mia, Lena and Lucas. Zara has been open about experiencing miscarriages. She is close to her brother, Peter, as well as to her half-siblings, Felicity and Stephanie.

Anne and Peter

Anne’s eldest son - who is also the eldest grandchild of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip - is Peter Phillips. Peter grew up without a title on the Gatcombe Estate in Gloucestershire.

Peter married Autumn Kelly in 2008 and had two children, Savannah and Isla. In 2020, the couple announced they had separated in 2019 and they divorced in 2021. The couple had an amicable separation and coparent their daughters - they have been seen together since their divorce. Peter is now engaged to his current fiancé, Harriet Sperling (not pictured).

Peter has never worked for the royal family and has spent most of his time in the hospitality trade. He has also made money through “side hustles”, such as a slightly controversial advert!

Anne and Timothy Laurence

Anne’s longest (and best) relationship is with her current husband, Tim. Tim - a retired Naval officer - was working as an equerry at Buckingham Palace when him and Anne (who met whilst he was stationed on Britannia) began dating.

Anne and Tim married in Crathie Kirk, in Scotland, in 1992. The couple still live together and also work together, although Tim is not a working royal.

Anne and Mark Phillips

Like Andrew, Anne and Mark met as they were part of the same “horsey set”. Unlike Andrew, we know Anne and Mark dated. In fact, the couple married and went on to have two children: Peter and Zara.

Sadly, their marriage did not last. Mark had at least one known affair, resulting in the birth of a daughter, while Anne also had at least one known affair, leading to her second marriage. It is, however, believed the marriage was unofficially “over” by the time these affairs took place.
