Words from an Epistle of George Fox, early Quaker
Painting of Derwentwater, Lake District UK, by Jeff Sudders, in the heart of "Quaker Country"
You are hysterically ironically without cause, now. Shouting into the void won't bring it any closer to answering, not like this, at least.
Good evening, and consider alternatives away from my doorstep.
-Your most esteemed colleague.
You and I know alike that that is far beyond possibility. As if your cause has been made any clearer by its dissolution into your feverish delusions. I’ve long-since read your ramblings, no need to pepper me with untruths and staged confidence.
Consider having spared the reasonable few from your dementations.
- Edgar
Darling
I heard my own voice
Suddenly whispering out loud
into the silent air
Chanting like in prayer
The first epistle of Ø
Calling for you
My heart is aching
It is you I love
Can you feel it ?
Reaching for you
My fingers are longing
It is you I lust
To touch
Passionately and intensely
I am a greedy soul
Feel all these words I write
I hope you know
All my words belong to you
"Reflections Multiplied"
In the mirror's gaze, we see our soul
A reflection of love, or a heart of coal
As the glass shatters, our truth expands
Multiplying the love, or the hatred's hands
If we behold ourselves with critical eyes
The shards of glass will magnify our demise
But if we gaze with kindness and gentle grace
The mirrored fragments will reflect a loving space
With every break, a new reflection's born
A chance to choose, how our hearts will be sworn
To multiply the love, or the hate we hold
A mirrored maze, where our true selves unfold

"But this is the covenant I will establish, says the Lord: I will put my laws in their minds and I will write them upon their hearts. I will be their God, and they shall be my people."
~ Hebrews 8:10
and that's all we needed when we hear them...
