it's Epoida! the caterpillar form full body pic is largely headcanon.

plus some power headcanons:

I could imagine his devil fruit power have to do with like, forming extra body segments for different situations extra legs for running or extra arms for wielding more weapons at once

he could make silk like a silkworm to trap foes when he sleeps he hangs himself from a high spot like a bagworm

he can regrow lost body segments and I could imagine if he's cut in half from right at the junction of a segment, he can grow another immediately while the separate segment, if it has limbs, can function independently for a short while before running out of juice.

if even just one segment survives he could probably regrow himself from that

also because caterpillars I imagine he has a very ravenous appetite, rivalling Luffy's, almost. can't grow extra segments if he's running on empty.

so yeah, those are my headcanons so far

Epoida devil fruit headcanons

Epoida's powers are pretty much unknown, he has combat prowess but apart from having a very large caterpillar form, the true extent of his abilities is left ambiguous.

so I went a little nuts.

different forms are are called "instars", three known ones:

Woolly Bear Instar (launches irritating hairs in all directions)

Polyphemus Instar (giant-sized form)

Monarch Instar (???)

(two more instars are unknown)

other abilities (this isn't exhaustive)

growing extra body segments when necessary

regrow lost segments instantly

separated segments active for a limited time

sticky palms of hands and feet to climb on any surface

specialized segments (extra arms for wielding weapons, extra legs for running, etc.)

silk production, salivary glands make various kinds of silk (webbing, sticky for trapping foes or quick fixes, silk lasso)
