I think I’m getting slightly better at coloring and shading, but I still need to learn A LOT. :|

Anyway, these cheerful guys are ERIC and one of his Vexes, TERRY (his full name is Terence). I’m not too sure about the clothes yet (I don’t even know for sure whether or not I even want to draw them in clothes), so this design might change later on. Eric’s got eight (previously nine, but now eight) Vexes and I’ll let you know more about all of them, but that’s something I’ll do some other day. When I’ve drawn the rest as well. ;)

Terry is a cool, little Vex. Being one of the youngest, he’s very playful and energetic and also the most adventurous one. He’s the one with the ideas and rarely takes a day off of being in a mood to do something crazy: from building a gigantic roller coaster to visiting a Witch’s hut to looking for diamonds in dark caves. But his main passion is working with Redstone and Fireworks (especially for complicated defense systems and such).

You don’t want to mess with him, though, because he can also get angry and brutal pretty fast. Eric probably won’t let him hurt you (unless you’re really a threat to “good-people” kind). However, if you make Terry hate you, you can be sure of it that he’ll pick on you and play some nasty jokes on you anyway.

He sometimes gets a little bored when he’s around Eric and then he might do things Eric doesn’t allow him to do, causing the latter to get annoyed. But even with the occasional issues, Eric and Terry are great friends. Terry knows that - even though he doesn’t always like it when Eric keeps him from “crossing the line” - Eric protects him plenty of times from getting into a lot of trouble. Eric, on the other hand, often gets help from his brave friend when he doesn’t know what to do or say. Some people tend to offend Eric quickly and Eric usually already feels guilty without the help of anyone else. So when he lowers his head and remains silent, the bold Terry opens his mouth to stands up for his friend. Eric always gains new confidence and courage by this.

Just like all other Vexes, Terry is very smart and loves making music. The Vexes sort of form a band together and he hopes they will have actual performances one day. Among the Vexes, Terry hangs out with Gary the most. Gary is the calmer one of the duo, but nevertheless, they get along very well. They’re close friends with quite similar characters. The two might as well have been twins!

OK, that drawing I posted earlier is finished! Still not all too happy about the shadowing and lighting, but I’m just not sure about how to add those things, so... I hope I’ll learn it some day. And I could also work on more varied backgrounds. Hahaha!

Here’s another drawing! I chose to color this drawing with a not impressive, but simple technique, because I kept on waiting to finish it. The Iron Golem should be larger, by the way, but I can’t really change that anymore. I mean, I can, but then I’d wait even longer before I’d post it...

Like I mentioned before, Ron (his full name is Ronald) is Eric’s self-build Iron Golem and they’re close friends. They love and care about each other very much!

Though Eric really likes flowers a lot, Ron loves them even more. That’s why Eric created a enormous flower garden for his pal close to their home (where he, his Vexes and Ron live). He actually wants to give Ron a Nether flower as a present too - because they’re so rare - but Eric doesn’t think he’s ready to travel to the Nether yet.

Ron would do anything to save Eric if he’s in danger and Eric would probably do the same for him. Being an Iron Golem, Ron isn’t 100% self-conscious, but he’s still more self-aware than other Iron Golems (probably due to the fact that he spends a lot of time with Eric and the Vexes, who treat him as a friend and not merely a loyal protector). He behaves and acts like a living being, shows many various emotions and makes flower wreaths for his friends all the time!
