Yep, Julian is just a victim, there’s nothing of a villain in him. And I’m not sure if the reference was to Draco - because TV show characters and movie saga characters have longer runs - but he’s not a villain either :/. In fact, the concept of apparent villain in Julian, the writers clearly inspired it to Draco because of their “funny meta humour”.
