Citra jumps when she feels hands in her hair and quickly turns around, moving out of the person’s grasp. When she sees it’s Cobra, she sighs. “Don’t ever do that again.”

"Oh look its the Karma Demon" The woman seems to snicker at the word.

“Cobra, formally known as Ally, is one of Hoyts top dogs amongst his variety of hitmen and assassins. He tortured her for days to break her down so he could rebuild her into a little pet project. It worked and he saw to her training personally to ensure he got the best of what he wanted having a loyal lap dog. However it wasn’t good enough, Hoyt wanted more, more power and more strength and Cobra could only achieve so much. Having found a Drug that would give her such strength Hoyt forced her into more torture as a lab rat to undergo what he wanted. A Stronger, Faster and formidable soldier. She was already a deranged psycho Monster but now he’s just given that monster some horrible steroids” –Willies Huntley.
Timeline: 6 Months of being on Rook Island. (First design was having been on Rook for a month)
Cobras appearance isn’t girly in any form of way, it’s a mixture of Pirate looking styles and being hardened by her environment.
Face:
Cobra may have only changed in some minor ways but she now has a deep cut scar across her bottom lip, possibly from some form of experimentation done to her. Her eyes have also changed having an almost electric blue ring around the iris which expands and shrinks as the iris does, side effects from the Supa drug. She’s also wearing a bandana to conceal her hair and keep it off her face as well, though beneath her bandana she has the sides of her head shaved and her hair is normally braided back. Rook doesn’t have any hair dressers so Cobra does what she can to keep cool with Rooks hot heat.
Chest/upper Torso:
Nothing much has changed, she still has her tattoo on her right wrist, though she may have more than just a few scares, her back still remains riddled with them from Hoyts lashing. Her shirt on the other hand has been torn in various spots and now exposes her bra. Fashion isn’t something Cobra matters about and on Rook you don’t have any shops to get new stuff so she has kept her original blue shirt even if it does expose a bit too much.
Lower parts:
Cobra is normally sporting a belt with pouches and black tights or jeans however she’s changed her style up a bit more. Given her history with Pirates and living on the North with Vaas’ men Cobra now sports a red hip scarf of sort to show her alliance. Highly suggest removing it if you fight her since the underneath side of the scarf has various pockets filled with knives or shivs which she’s neatly tucked into. Her pants on the other hand are harem, it gives her an almost gypsy like look as it hangs loosely around her waist. Personally it’ll keep her cool in the heat and give her a bit more movement.
Boots:
Boots, boots, boots, Rook doesn’t have any shoe shops you see and Cobra prefers those steel caps, so she’s wearing those dorky sort of ones but these ones appear to be two sizes too big. Of course she probably took them off a dead man’s body but she still wears them. Also ensure to remove her boots if you can, not only can those steel caps do some damage but she also will have sharp objects hidden in there.

They’re definitely doing something to the website. IMs disappeared for a few minutes earlier today and now this with the activity page. Who knows with them though
