because i get fixated on things and i remembered i had seen that pap agency before i went on a scroll on hld's blog. the last time they've papped harry was in june at lido festival. before that they've papped him at least five other times since may 2023, so it's not a new agency. as much as i love the coincidence with louis' question mark, it's probably just on the rotation of different agencies they use in the uk.

Could absolutely be a very weird coincidence. Thank you for taking the time to check. I've literally never noticed them before, but I'm sure I will now. LOL!
