is a downloadable cross stitch chart approximately 127 stitches across and 76 stitches vertical. it uses four colours and comes with a DMC Colour key.

Thats exactly how I felt when I got my first one.

However, I'm having issues getting it to snap in straight. Does that just come with practice or is it maybe because my fabric is too small/my frame is too big?? Halp!

1. Favorite season and why.

Probably fall, because it's not the horror of summer and not super cold. Also, good harvesty food options and the TV season starts up again.

2. If reincarnation exists, what do you want to come back as?

Probably a human but an owl would be cool.

Argh...I honestly don't know. Maybe the 10 years because it might not be soul changing but at least there's love and it's longer.

5. If you had the ability to change the ending to one book which would you choose?

I don't know that I would change any endings, because that's what fan fiction is for. But without reading it, and just having heard about the ending and thus put off reading the last two books, probably Allegiant.

6. You wake up with one eyebrow shaved off. Would you shave the other one off or draw on the one you’re missing?

Shave the other, they both grow in evenly that way. Plus, I have no eyebrow pencils but I do have a razor.

7. What’s your dream job?

I'm not sure actually. I like the one I have right now and see it as my career for the foreseeable future and I'm sure I'll want to climb the rungs of it but dream job? Maybe TV executive for a cable network that rescues/airs cancelled shows. Home for all the stuff you love but networks didn't give it a chance.

8. Which reality show would you want to be a contestant on?

I'm seriously not a reality show person...I'd have to create one where it's just nerd leaning women sitting around talking about the awesome stuff they're passionate about and not being catty.

9. Favorite song at the moment.

My favorite song is pretty much always "The Tower" by Vienna Teng.

10. Sweet or salty?

Sweet.

11. If you could only buy clothes from one store for the rest of your life, which would you choose?

Hmm...probably some awesome steampunky vintage place but that doesn't really work for a government job. So probably Kohl's.

Is it even legal for them to ask that on an application?

It's called an "Equal Opportunities Form" they ask for: Ethnic Origin, Gender (Including Transgender), Sexuality, Religion, and Disability.

They give you an option to not disclose what you are, but it just makes me worry a little bit. I suppose it's to stop discrimination, but it kind of makes it feel like it might contribute towards it.

I might be over thinking it though.
