Blue has always been Cassie’s color
But I love how her transformation has been so decidedly Pink, specifically any scene that needs to pointedly highlight her relationship with Nate
But what I love most is that her makeup look in the latest episode is Blue and Pink
On top of that, she’s wearing blue in a completely pink room and you get to see her makeup up close as she cries, and you can feel her being torn apart.
It’s the details for me, I love the way costuming and makeup is so involved in this show and how every look is a subtle way of expanding their story
