6: Which OC did you forget about?Well if I remembered, I couldn’t very well answer, now could I? XD No, uh, probably one of my first OCs I made when I was a kid, a 14 year old detective called Roxie (idk I was obsessed with that name) and when I was 7, 8, 9, 14 year olds were so mature and could totally solve some murder, but then as I got older, I was like oh my God, what was I thinking?? I didn’t so much forget about them, as I did mercilessly abandon them and leave them in like the year 2008 because my interests changed and my writing/characterization/everything improved. I still have fond memories of them though. There are lots of other OCs I actually have accidentally forgotten and then I find them in my old notes like oh yeah! 7: What was the first novel you ever tried to write? If you’ve never tried to write a novel, then what was the first story you ever wrote?Same thing as above, a series of ‘Roxie Terrys’ mystery “novels” (like 16 handwritten pages each in my horrible 8yr old handwriting stapled together), the first one being an almost blatant rip off of some Nancy Drew book I had recently read at the time. The first actual novel I tried to write when I was not like 8 years old, Eye of the Unknown, which I consider my first real WIP, and will always be my baby even if I never actually get anything written on it. It started out simple, just a teenage boy who could see ghosts and like most things I write now, spiraled into this epic chaotic mess web, now about the son of a reaper, the neutrality of death, corruption and the duality of angels and demons and the end times and as always, some goofs with the found family trope.
