Ingredients: 250g almond flour. 250g sugar. 4 large eggs. Zest of 1 lemon. Powdered sugar, for dusting.
Instructions: Set the oven to 180C 350F and heat it up. Mix the eggs and sugar in a big bowl until the eggs are light and fluffy. Add the almond flour and lemon zest and mix them in well. Put the mix into a 9-inch tart pan that has been greased. Place in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until set and golden brown. Before you sprinkle powdered sugar on top, let it cool all the way down. Serve and have fun!
