We often get asked about how well the stain holds up. This is a deck that we first completed in 2019 with a complete restoration and two coats of Deck Restoration Plus Deck & Wood Stain, Seneca Brown tone. We were asked to come back about 5 or 6 months ago for maintenance. Yes, the last coating made it 3 years before needing maintenance! We did a very light cleaning here and applied one coat of Seneca Brown to the railings and two coats back on all the horizontals. Verticals take twice as long to wear so we do half as much on future maintence. The horizontals always get two coats. This keeps the deck and wood surfaces looking uniform at all times. Look how amazing this deck looks in mid-November 2023! Why are we here? Because these customers asked us to install front railings in the house. The customers cannot be more thrilled with the look of the deck and how well it looks since we have been restoring it and maintaining it. This is what got us additional work with these customers.
