hi everyone. i’m sure by now you must’ve heard about jungwon’s weverse live. i’m not going to be the person that oversteps or disrespects boundaries.

enhypen have been the love of my life since 2020, and i stand by that, but there has come a time where the members have verbally taken a stance on the matter and i will not ignore it.

as the leader of enhypen, jungwon speaks for the members. he said what he said and it must be respected.

ot7 enha have gotten me through the hardest periods of my life, and i will never ever forget what they have meant to me. i respect jungwon as a person therefore i won’t be overstepping those boundaries.

i love this group, but i think it’s time i separate myself from the fandom until i can get back in to the rhythm of things later on (especially with their upcoming release in august, it sounds amazing!)

i might suspend writing for enhypen altogether (not that i started any to begin with due to my current ongoing project)

i’m not entirely sure what i will do with light’s out. i aim to keep working on it, but i believe i will have to rewrite some elements of it to respect the peace.

i don’t want to argue anymore, i don’t want to be sad anymore, and i don’t want to be angry anymore.

please understand this.

for those of you who are reading light’s out, you are not unwelcome, and i appreciate your support. i hope we can live in harmony despite my feelings, as it is something i will deal with on my own time!

also, if you guys have any tags i could use to promote light’s out, i would really appreciate it. i want to respect jungwon’s wishes, so this will be the last time i’ll use enha tags in my posts (since i’m mainly working on light’s out right now)

i love engene and i love enhypen. this fandom has brought me so many laughs and so many memories. it will always be a place i can come back to.

What would you do if you became a school master

Let the students pick their School (assuming they cooperate when it comes to doing the work correctly) and remove the Snow Ball requirements to avoid trouble, and revamp the curriculum, so they don't make stupid decisions later.

Also? Tentatively, get rid of Uglification. Who would want that? If the Nevers actually wanted it, I feel like it could be renamed something like "Horrification" because the point of being ugly isn't to be ugly for its own sake, it's to be scary.

I'd replace the torture with something like exercise or cleaning because torture is unproductive.

I don't think I could do anything about the ranking system without changing the composition of the Woods. Some tales need mogrifs, so I guess... I'm not sure how to change that. It could be a temporary transformation, maybe just for the duration of the tale? Still seems unethical, but who would play roles like those of spies or sidekicks?

It also strikes me as a good idea to remove the concept of dying in a tale entirely, but that's not within my hypothetical control because that would happen post-graduation.

There's finally an issue of: why keep the Evil School at all? And I think, that to keep everyone and the sun alive, according to world-building rules, it just has to stay. Oh well.

Systematically, both schools are extremely dependent on pushing roles onto their students to uphold their societal values to keep the world at "balance" (Heavy on the quote marks). Anyone can easily pick that up. But I see some fans misunderstood it and just labeled it as Evers = bad and Never = good when no! Both schools are bad lol.

Nevers are expected to uphold the cycle of violence whether it's at each other or themselves. It's a very dog-eat-dog world in their eyes. They have to make sure the audience is in fear and keep them away. Evers are expected to keep the tradition alive and continue with glory. They have to give their audience give hope, be role models, and keep them entertained.
