It's just such a lonely existence, to be able to sit next to him and know he isn't truly there, that you'll never get to Actually talk to him again. It's even worse to hold the key to seeing him in your hand and know you can't, because if you do, it'll be the last time you'll ever hear his voice. You have to use it wisely, but you are so desperately lonely that you think Josh would forgive you, wouldn't he? He'd understand, that you had to. You really had to. You had to see him again.
