What is a Dry Rut? And a Dry Heat?

But in My AU . . .
A Dry Heat is more common than a Dry Rut.
A Dry Heat is
when an Omega goes through all symptoms of a Heat and the Heat itself, however no conception.
Usually is the first Heat (or few) before the Omega can actually conceive. (Optional, depends on AU).
First Heat is usually a Dry Heat, it’s like a warm up for future Heats. (Optional, depends on AU)
A Dry Rut is
when an Alpha goes through all the symptoms of a Rut, and the Rut itself but are infertile.
Dynamics don’t have to overdose on suppressants to experiences these.
It’s just, the over use of the suppressants will have a Dry Heat or Dry Rut outcome.
To sum it up: A Dry heat and a Dry Rut are heats and ruts where conception doesn't happen.
These can be happen as often or as little as you want, it’s your AU.
