Well damn. I've been taking methyl B9 this week on the recommendation of my doctor and it's actually helping with ADHD symptoms. It's like I'm getting good reception in my brain instead of static, much easier to initiate tasks. I'm still only on a low dose, doc says it can go up to 60mg for my weight.

Still no Ritalin available in my dose here but I may not need it, or just need a lower dose.

He reckons compounding chemist for a higher dose, but I've found it on iHerb pretty cheap. Unfortunately iHerb is no longer selling melatonin to Australia due to idiots overdosing their kids on it so I'll have to go back to getting scripts for that : (
