Be sure to ask for the protection of St. Michael, your guardian angel and patron(s), the intercession of Our Lady of Sorrows.
I certainly will! Thanks! :)

where are you from?
Personally? I'm from Port Neches/Port Arthur Texas.

Questions I was given:
1. What do you want for Christmas?
I don't actually really want anything. At least not tangible. I want to have strength to continue with this damn degree and get my shit together. So...motivation and inspiration I guess.
2. What’s your favorite Christmas memory?
Oh dang. Some of the really early ones I remember are driving like 1200 miles from Illinois to Texas to see my grandparents. It was really annoying and long but we got to be together on this journey and it was always exciting when we got there.
3. Do you have any fun Christmas traditions?
No not really. Just watching movies that we watch every year like a Muppet Christmas Carol, Claymation Christmas, and It's Christmas Charlie Brown along with the Garfield one.
4. Who are you spending Christmas with this year?
My immediate family.
5. Favorite Christmas movie?
The Muppet Christmas Carol
6. Favorite Christmas song?
The first one that comes to mind is "One More Sleep 'til Christmas" from that movie.
7. How did you discover the truth about Santa Claus?
I don't really remember. I think I just figured it out. My parents aren't that good at keeping secrets like that.
8. What was the strangest thing you ever asked for as a child (for Christmas)?
Uh...I think I asked for a creepy crawlers thing one year. Those things were awesome.
9. Do you have any Christmas cookie recipes you want to share?
I do have some good Christmas recipes. But alas it is not here. If you really want it I can get it when I go back to my apartment,
10. Have you ever had a white Christmas?
I believe we did one year when I lived in Chicago.
11. You get to spend Christmas in one fictional universe. Which one do you choose and why?
Oh dang, I don't know. Somewhere with magic and snow probably.
My questions:
1. What do you look forward to when this time of year comes along.
2. What are you looking forward to in the next month
3. What are you looking forward to in the next year?
4. Who do you miss the most during this time of year?
5. If you could be in another location right now, where would you want to be?
6. What movies are you looking forward to in the next year?
7. Tell me an obscure song that most people don't know but everyone should.
8. If you could buy any three things on Amazon right now what would they be?
9. What's a book you think everyone should read?
10. What is an obscure movie you think everyone should see?
11. If you went back to May 29, 1913 to any place in the world where would you want to go and what would you want to do?
Snapchats with Jayce and Facebook messaging with Raymond have my night 100000% better.
everything-isagrace said:Where do you live again? Do you go to a compline service nightly?
I live in a suburb of Oakland, CA (Diocese of Oakland). I pray the Liturgy of Hours all by myself. Sometimes when I’m working in the rectory I’ll grab one of the priests, but that’s rare now. Catholic parishes in my diocese aren’t big on offering communal Liturgy of the Hours, sadly.
So Tom Daley just came out...
Andrew, Jayce, load up! We are off to Britain!!
