When I started this season I never dreamed I would get two 5th places in an International Competition 😳😃 That's 6 comps over 9 weeks with a first, second, two thirds, a fourth and a fifth...plus a National 5th and two International 5th Placings. Coaches tanning clients for other coaches, girls helping each other get their heels on, lending dream tan & bikini bite, teams cheering for competitors in other teams, coaches congratulating other coaches, competitors congratulating each other... #INBAQLD comps are, without a doubt, the most efficiently run, the biggest and the best shows in Australia. 5th place at Nationals! So stoked 😃🏆☺️💖 YOU CAN achieve your fat loss and physique goals - whatever they are. I am no different to any of you. I was over weight. I yoyo dieted. I tried all the diets. I ran to lose weight even though I hated it. I hated the person reflected in the mirror. I refused to go out because my clothes looked terrible on me. I restricted foods. I ate takeaway every day... I have done all the things you have done. I am not magic. I have no magic powder that will make you achieve overnight fat loss - and nor does anyone else. I achieved this through tracking macros. If you know how to track macros effectively, you have all the tools you need to achieve your goals - the rest is up to you. The keys are: Accuracy, Adherence. Compliance. Consistency.
