Alternate S3 Cassandra who isn’t swayed by child Zhan Tiri ghost, she’s just tired of waiting in the wings and truly believes this power will let her help people. It’s just that she leans into natural tendencies and comes across a villain anyway. Like she’s stubborn and blunt and can’t fully control her powers. What she thinks is “saving a town from a broken dam” is misconstrued as “she angrily destroyed a farm house.” Which of course only makes Cass more stubborn and cranky — a real vicious cycle situation.
Raps doesn’t want to believe that Cass has gone bad, even though the rumors reaching the castle look Bleak. Her friends and family are all convinced Cass is a bad egg. And of course the irony is that Cassandra — who has been trying and trying and trying to be the hero — only goes full villain mode when she discovers not even her best friend believes she could be doing anything but causing trouble.
