Carmella and Alexa are really good foils for one another, and both are really good examples of how NXT is actually a developmental system. They've both improved so much, and it's been a joy to watch it happen.
Alexa's reactions to being outwitted by Carmella are so, so good. She's become such a great heel.

Oh, God, I love Carmella's thrust kick. It really looks like it would knock your head off.

Both girls are really good at showing the frustration of not being able to put the other away. Did I mention they've both improved so much?
I think this is probably the longest match Carmella's wrestled in so far, and she's looked excellent throughout. Kudos to both girls for this one.

Twisted Bliss, eh? Well, I guess she can't call it the Sparkle Splash anymore...that said, not really enough of an impact as a finisher. She clearly landed more on her own knees than on Carmella.
That said, I would very much enjoy an extended Asuka/Alexa feud. Yes thankyouverymuch please.
