It had been an exhausting day. The skin across his cheek was tight and the inside of his mouth was swollen from where he had cut it on his tooth when his wife had slapped him. Worst of all was the fear he couldn’t shake at what had almost happened. Sienna’s hand connecting with his face had rattled the beast deep within him and, for a split second, it had been set loose. There was a moment there when all he could think about was squeezing the life out of her, how beautiful a sight it would be to see the light leave her eyes. But he had reeled that part of him in at the last second. He hadn’t killer her, nor even seriously harmed her, but it had been close - far too close. Only one option remained: Alecto. He needed to return to his ritual to keep his demons at bay.
The whole thing was Bella’s idea. She had followed him into his room and caught him using and they had talked, but none of that mattered right now because this was her idea and she was stable. Bella could always be depended on, even - no, especially - when he couldn’t depend on himself.
That is how Evan found himself letting himself into Alecto’s apartment at 7:30pm, a briefcase full of drugs, alcohol, shackles, and knives in hand.

Who’s the first to wake up in the morning:Evan, surprisingly, but because he knows Alecto always wakes up so early he pretends to be asleep.
Who’s the one to make breakfast:Neither would be particularly fond of it. Evan, however, when he really wants to shock her.
Who’s the one to serve the other breakfast in bed:Evan.
Who would suggest a quickie in the morning before work:It’s already happen as soon as one realizes the other’s awake.
Who suggests they both ditch work to lay around all day:Alecto, who tempts him to neglect all responsibilities for her. This usually results in a scolding from Evan - and then often him being a bit later to work than desired.
Who chooses the movies:Alecto’s very adamant about what movies they watch, which Evan finds amusing.
Who initiates kissing during the moving, thus distracting the other from the movie all together:Evan, though he will instigate some other form of contact, leading Alecto to be the first to kiss him.
Who orders lunch:Evan. Alecto will attempt to, but her indecisiveness is irritating, and he knows she’ll end up disliking her food, anyway.
Who steals food from the other’s plate without asking:Alecto, with Evan full well expecting it.
Who curls up next to the other and falls asleep due to a full tummy:Evan will deny it, but he’s often the culprit of this.
Who distracts the other from trying to work at home:Alecto, of course. She generally succeeds, too though it’ll end up being in a form of punishment.
Who asks to go get ice cream like a five year old:Alecto.
Who takes pictures of their partner eating ice cream:Alecto openly takes pictures of him to annoy him, but Evan does it when she’s not looking.
Who makes a sexual joke about the dripping ice cream on their partner’s face:Ha, Alecto.
Who cooks dinner:Aly’s tried and failed multiple times. Sometimes Evan will catch her doing it, find himself bemused, and help her. Reaching over her for ingredients, purposefully teasing her as he takes over the job.
Who cleans up the kitchen afterwards:House elves.
Who stays up until 2 reading:Often, the both of them. Evan sometimes will just watch her read.
Who stares at their partner while their sleeping:They’ll usually fall asleep about the same time, but Aly will often watch Evan in the mornings, thinking he’s asleep when he really knows she’ll be staring.
Who kisses their partner while they sleep:Evan, because he’s secretly a mushy fucker.
