Ok so I guess if we're actually theorizing about whether Nandor really did slip up in his wish making or not, I think going by what we saw, Djinn doesn't seem to be the manipulative type.

When he did all the other wishes like bringing the wives back and unaliving them, there could have been ways to twist the wishs around, but it was all straightforward.

He describes Nandor and Guillermo working out all the details in Nandor's wish like he knows this is gonna happen just cause that's what they all think (and you've been doing this long enough to know to just let them do it).

When Guillermo added on the "don't shrink anyone else's penis" part, he sounded very sarcastic when congratulating them on pointing out this detail.

So in all actuality, sure he might be annoyed by the two and pick up on the obvious tension between them, but I don't think he gives enough fucks to twist around the wish.
