is it true that ab workouts (like leg drops, russian twists, v crunches, crunches, etc) won't get rid of belly fat? i have a tiny bit of fat on my belly and i really just want to lose it but i don't know if what i'm doing is right.
Hi there! Ab workouts are great for toning your stomach - but keep in mind that fat burning is an overall process. If you want to get rid of fat it is also important to incorporate some cardio in your workout and eat a healthy well balanced diet (ie. limit junk food). It’s also important to switch up your workouts so that your body doesn’t get too used to the same movements & continues to burn calories (and fat). It would be helpful to incorporate some core strengthening excercise into your workouts too - like planks, side planks, etc. Good luck! :)
