In an effort to battle what my beautiful tumblr wife has probably correctly identified as seasonal depression I'm gonna

load up my iPod with good songs

start taking daily walks (they don't have to be long)

limit how much of my time I spend on the computer (especially in one sitting and especially when I'm not getting writing done)

read more

knit more

continue the drawing challenge and prepare for next month's

set up dad's guitar in a place where I will actually reach for it on occasion

stop continually refreshing tumblr/twitter hoping new content will cure doldrums. three successive refreshes will be punished with the Stayfocusd nuclear option for an hour

Posting this partially to keep myself honest but also because I'm sure some of you are (knowingly or not) struggling with this stuff too. Remember to take care of yourself, especially when it's a time of year when you're more prone to feeling down!
