Paleo Diet Day #5

April 4, 2015 It's going okay. I picked the wrong time (Easter Holiday) to start this but I've done okay for the most part. For Breakfast I had eggs with veggies and a side of fruit. Besides two days which I had frosted flakes and a McDonald's breakfast sandwich. For lunch I've had salads all week. Some days with chicken, some days with just veggies. For snacks I've had Greek yogurt (is that okay on this diet?) with fruit mixed in. I can't stay away from those Reese's easter eggs though. Hopefully I can stay away from those after Easter. No soda, only tea and water. I haven't weighed myself yet. I know I started out at 171 lbs. I've decided to only weigh myself every 2 weeks. With us being so busy, I've only done pilates one day this week but I'm constantly up moving around so I haven't been sedentary. I ordered hip hop abs the other day so it should be here by April 9. But I have noticed a small difference in my stomach. It's not so pudgy. So maybe something is working.

I know everything bout you. You came then I went, or I came but you went. Everything between us was unclear. We were so close in message, but we were like enemy each other when met.

What was the wrong between us?

Then I came again but I saw your hand held someone’s hand. I didn’t know who she was until I heard from friends that she was your girlfriend. I was broke then I tried to held out then moved on.

Could I forget about you now?

No. No for precentage 100%. But so far I think I’ve arrived in 95% :). Realistic, I know that never someone who truely forget something, any remainder definitely. Then I dont know till now, how can you come again although you had have a girlfriend??

You think that I will fall for you again?

Big NO. I’ve learned from my past then I dont want to make a mistake again like past. And now I just wanna live my own way, my own control, my own opportunity I will get in future. :)
